Keith Valentine

Keith has over thirty years of executive leadership and commercialisation success at high performing, growth stage spine and orthopaedic companies. Keith is currently the CEO of Intrinsic Therapeutics. Keith is also a former President and CEO of Orthofix and prior to the Orthofix and SeaSpine merger Keith was the President and CEO of SeaSpine (2015-2023). Keith has also served as NuVasive Inc’s COO (2007-2015) and in various other Marketing, Development and Operations senior executive NuVasive Inc. roles (2001-2007). Keith also served as VP of Marketing at ORATEC Interventions, Inc., a medical device company acquired by Smith & Nephew PLC, and he has also spent eight years in various roles with Medtronic Sofamor Danek. These roles included Group Director of the BMP Biologics program, the Interbody Sales Development Effort and International Sales and Marketing. Keith has a B.B.A. in Management and Biomedical Sciences from Western Michigan University.
